    OWENSBORO BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

    SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

    December 9, 2019

     

             

                            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Owensboro Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Called Meeting at 10:30 a.m., on Monday, December 9, 2019, in the Commission Chambers located on the fourth floor at City Hall, 101 E. 4th Street, Owensboro, KY. The purpose of the meeting is to consider Municipal Order 33-2019 approving and authorizing the Mayor to sign a grant or funding agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for purposes of a project to extend Fairview Drive to Kentucky Highway 603; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute other agreements, instruments, or documents necessary and appropriate for said funding.
