3034 - Elizabeth Munday Center Roof Replacement
The City of Owensboro is requesting bids for approximately 3,700 sq. ft. low-slope roof replacement. Scope includes removal of existing modified bitumen roof system and insulation down to concrete deck, and providing new SBS modified bitumen membrane roof, flashings, tapered polyiso insulation, and sheet metal flashing & trim.
There will be a pre-bid meeting held at 10:00 a.m. prevailing local time on Tuesday, October 6th, 2015 at the Elizabeth Munday Center located at 1650 West Second Street, Owensboro, KY 42301. Although this meeting is not mandatory, attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only time the project site will be available for inspection. Regardless of attendance, the Contractor shall be held responsible for all information discussed and all requirements therefrom.

The City of Owensboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in said bids.
