OWENSBORO BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
REQUESTS CITIZEN INPUT
FY2017-2018 BUDGET
As a follow-up to the public meeting held on February 16, 2017, the Owensboro Board of Commissioners would like to remind the citizens of Owensboro that their input is requested regarding the budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018.
Follow the link https://www.owensboro.org/budget-2017 to review the Budget Presentation, replay the February 16 meeting and to take an online survey regarding your desires for the budget. A hard copy of the survey can also be obtained at City Hall, 101 E. 4th Street, or you may phone CityAction at 270-687-4444 for assistance in completing it. Deadline for survey submission is February 24.
The public is encouraged to submit questions/comments relating to the FY2017-2018 budget through any of these outlets, prior to February 24, so they can be addressed at an upcoming Special Called Meeting on March 14, 2017:
