    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Owensboro Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. in City Hall, 101 E. Fourth Street, Owensboro, KY 42303, to receive public comments regarding the Proposed 2018 Real Property Tax Rate.
