Reservations for 2018 will begin Monday, November 6 at 8:00 a.m.

Reservation Procedure

Hours Available: 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Dates Available:  March 31-October 31

The following shelters and gazebos may be reserved:

Ben Hawes Park – 3 Open Air Shelters – Capacity 60 each

Cap Gardner – 1 Gazebo

English Park – 1 Open Air Shelter – Capacity 150

Germantown – 1 Gazebo

Legion Park – 2 Screened Shelters – Capacity 75 each

Moreland Park – 1 Screened Shelter – Capacity 75

The reservation fee for all shelters and gazebos, except Ben Hawes, will be $35 for the first four (4) hours; additional hours will be $10 per hour. Shelters at Ben Hawes are $60 each to reserve.

When making your reservation, have the following information available:

No reservations can be made by voicemail.

All reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance.

No changes can be made within 14 days of the date of reservation.

No weather related refunds.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days from the date of the event.

There will be a $5.00 Administrative Charge for all refunds.
