STREET CLOSURES

 

A contractor for the City of Owensboro will be closing the intersection of 20^th Street and Pearl Street to continue installation of the storm sewer. Homeowners will still have access to their driveways at all times, but are encouraged to use Triplett Street, then west on 20^th Street to access Pearl Street. Detours will be appropriately marked for this closure. Please use caution and attention while driving in this area.

 

OMU will be closing a portion of the westbound lane of Tamarack Road off of Frederica Street starting Tuesday, February 9^th at noon and ending Friday, February 12^th pending no inclement weather. A contractor will be changing out a large transmission pole at this intersection. Detours will be posted for local and truck traffic. Please use caution and attention in this area.

 

 

Detours will be appropriately marked for these closures.  Please use caution and attention while driving in these areas.
