NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Owensboro will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 21, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. in City Hall, 101 E. Fourth Street, Owensboro, KY 42303, to receive public comments on the Amended Gateway Commons Tax Increment Financing (“TIF”) Development Area/Development Plan.
