OWENSBORO YARD SIGN REGULATIONS

 

The City of Owensboro reminds the public that per Section 17-4 of the Owensboro Municipal Code it is unlawful to post, tack, affix or erect any sign, banner, bill, poster or advertisement of any nature at a location in the public right-of-way.  The City of Owensboro will remove illegally placed signage on public right-of-way.
