CITY OF OWENSBORO TO CELEBRATE ARBOR DAY
WITH COMMUNITY TREE PLANTING EVENT
The City of Owensboro Public Works Department is hosting a Community Tree Planting event on Saturday, April 13th at 9:00 a.m. at Thompson-Berry Park (1 Carter Road). We will gather to plant over 400 tree saplings in effort to support our community’s parks and promote the importance of storm water purity. The first one hundred volunteers will receive a free silky dogwood sapling!
