NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Owensboro Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Called Meeting aboard an Owensboro Transit System Trolley on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. The trolley tour of city projects will leave at 12:00 p.m. from City Hall, 101 E. 4th Street.
