                            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners will be held at City Hall, 101 E. 4th Street, Owensboro, KY in the Commission Chambers on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 beginning at 3:00 p.m.  The Board of Commissioners will meet to conduct a public hearing on the City of Owensboro's proposed Gateway Commons Tax Increment Financing Development Plan.
