Saturdays, January 31-March 7

Learn the basics of the ancient art of Tae Kwon Do while improving your mind and body in this unique program. This is a great opportunity for children to improve their coordination and motor skills in an energetic, fun atmosphere. This program will help your child develop flexibility, stamina, motor skills, strength, energy, self-confidence, and balance. Classes are once per week for six weeks.
