Hillard Lyons Fitness Classic & Bridge Run

Telephone: 270-926-4747The Hilliard Lyons Fitness Classic returns to Owensboro this fall with the 5K Bridge Run.
Race Starts Promptly at 9 a.m.
Start line is behind the Hampton Inn and Suites located on Veterans Blvd. Racers will follow the RED line out across the bridge, with the return leg being the BLUE line on the map. Course will be west to Locust Street, then south to 3rd, then East to J.R. Miller Blvd., will go North across the bridge. After entering bridge runners will turn around in approximately one mile, (1.6 kilometers), in a gravel turn around.
On return leg, runners will exit the Gary Clover bridge and go West on 3rd Street, runners will turn North on Allen St, then West on Veterans Blvd to the Finish line located behind the Hampton Inn and Suites.
Finish Line is the original starting point.

LIVE on the Banks is a FREE Outdoor Concert Series. The Overlook Stage at Smothers Park in Downtown Owensboro will feature some some of the finest LOCAL and REGIONAL Performing Artists & Entertainers, every Saturday evening, May 24 through September 27.
"LoB" is a FREE, FAMILY event, open to the public, for all ages, and is presented by the CIty of Owensboro, KY.
Downtown Owensboro is THE place to be on Saturday Nights this year. "LIVE on the Banks!" will coincide with other activities and events including: the Sunset Cruisers Monthly Cruise In on the First Saturday of each Month, "Movies in the Park" in June & July, "Pickin' in the Park" the last Saturday of July-August-September, and much more!
Join us on Saturday Evenings at the Overlook Stage at Smothers Park.

The event begins at 6PM on Second Street in fron tof the Owensboro Symphony Academy.
Here's how White on Second will work:
Your $50 fee provides a table for eight, eight chairs and a white tablecloth.
Volunteers at registration table located at either end of the White on Second area will help find your table.
Starting at 2PM, second Street will be closed from Daviess to the Blue Bridge. You can start decorating your table as early as 4PM.
There will be a table decorating contest begining at 6PM. We suggest table decor be all White. the winner will be announced by 7PM.
The winner ears two season ticket sot the Owensboro Symphony Orchestras upcoming season!
